Project Overview:

After years of billing and estimating customers the old fashioned way Anderson-Taylor started building on our vision. An online system for businesses to be able to professionally create and send an eEstimate or Invoice to a customer. And a great way to allow the customer to pay by check or credit card online.

In 2003 Anderosn-Taylor started development on the Intelisite systems which eventually led to the Lytework Invoicing and Estimating tools we are selling today. We commissioned ourselves to develop the best online billing system for small and medium sized businesses. This online software service would be a place for businesses and their clients to login and review bills or estimates together. It would be as simple as and email invitation and a login to allow the review and acceptance of estimates or the payment for services.

Anderson-Taylor has now developed Lytework following our established proprietary processes from architecture to enablement of the structure and usability of the software services.

The  resulting application is a fully functional, easy to sign up for and use feature rich online estimating and invoicing portal which clearly provides small businesses with the an easy method to estimate, invoice and track payment for their products and services. To facilitate this end, the following components were developed:

• Rich Flash based online sales website which allow potential customers to quickly review tutorials of the Lytework application and sign up for the software services within minutes.
• A easy to navigate interface allowing business and client to easily create, review and reconcile payment for products and services with an email and the click of a button.
• An easy to understand and readily available area to display outstanding invoices and corporate news.
• The integration of time sheets and now even project management.
• An easy to export csv or excel file that will upload into quickbooks for invoice reconciliation.

Parts of the site were integrated into ATback , Anderson-Taylor's Server Management System allowing many users to view at once without server overload.

The web site has been well received by investors and we are looking forward to building a happy client base, with many more exciting projects in the pipeline.
