Management Portal with an Admin Reporting System - Launch Site

Project Overview:
Bob Beardslee came to us to develop an online management and sales system for the Beardslee business. This portal would be a place for Beardslee agents and to login and manage the inventory of real estate listings available to the public.

Anderson-Taylor was also asked to develop a new customer facing user interface for their website.

The proposed portal would need to beintegrated into an existing online website. This portal would allow users to manage land, homes and real estate products online. It needed to be residential / consumer oriented on the front end and builder / agent minded in the back end. Anderson-Taylor provided a plan for an easy to navigate and feature rich online ordering portal which clearly provides Beardslee employees and agents with the a faster method to manage their inventory. To this end, the following components were developed:

• Rich Flash based specials which allow potential residential owners to quickly review new luxury homes.
  
• A easy to navigate interface allowing the potential owner to inquire about purchasing with the click of a button.
  
• A fully secured internet portal for inventory management system.

The web site has been well received by Bob Beardslee and his customers, with many more exciting projects in the pipeline.
