Companies interested in participating in the Delegation will be required to fill out and email the Questionnaire. The domestic flights, hotels, transportation, and accommodations in China for qualified companies will be provided at no cost. We will notify those that are chosen as qualified companies and request the qualified companies to confirm their participating and pay $500 for deposit by November 20, 2007. The deposit will be refunded to the delegation participants after the trip. The deposit is non-refundable for companies that cancel their participation after November 20, 2007.

For companies that do not want to fill in the questionaire but are still interested in joining the trip, the expense in China including domestic flights, hotels, transportations and accomodations will be $4000 total each person. The deposit is non-refundable for companies that cancel their participation after November 15, 2007.
