Depart U.S.A. to Beijing, Capital of China
Group Tour departs the U.S.A. for Beijing on December 5, 2007 (U.S. time)
Arrive in Beijing, Capital of China, on December 6, 2007 (Beijing time).
1. Beijing, Capital of China
December 6:
-Group Tour participants will check in at the Hotel;
-Welcome Dinner.
-Night scene tour of Beijing.
December 7:
-Morning: Visit the software park and ITO & BPO providers of Zhongguancun of Beijing.
-Lunch.
-Afternoon: Visit the financial backstage service park and BPO providers in the Chaoyang district of Beijing.
-An Alternative Agenda can be arranged for the US companies to have one-on-one meetings with the Chinese domestic and/or foreign outsourcing suppliers companies in China.
-Evening: The Delegation flies to Wuhan from Beijing.
2. Wuhan, a city in Central China and the designated base of outsourcing operations by the Chinese central government
December 7:
-Approximately 22:40:The Delegation arrives Wuhan Tianhe Airport.
-Check into the 5-star Shangri-La Hotel
December 8:
-Full Day: The Delegation attends the "Central China International Outsourcing Business Fair” and one-on-one business meetings.
-Evening: The Delegation Dinner, Cruise ride on Yangtze River.
December 9:
-Morning: Visit the Guangu software park, Wuhan University and service outsourcing providers. Tour the scenic park of the East Lake.
-Lunch
-Afternoon: Visit Huanghelou, a famous ancient scenic spot of China and another outsourcing zone.
-An Alternative Agenda can be arranged for the US companies to have one-on-one meetings with the Chinese domestic and/or foreign outsourcing suppliers companies in China.
-Dinner.
-Evening: Fly to Tianjin from Wuhan.
3. Tianjin, emerging outsourcing city in China
December 9:
-Approximately 22: 50: The Delegation arrives at the International airport of Tianjin.
-Check in Wuanli-Taida hotel.
December 10:
-Morning: The Delegation visits Tianjin Taida development zone and the Software Park of a newly developed area.
-Lunch.
-Afternoon: Free activity.
-An Alternative Agenda can be arranged for the US companies to have one-on-one meetings with the Chinese domestic and/or foreign outsourcing suppliers companies in China.
-Evening: Opening ceremony, dinner. The IOC will publish the list of outstanding global outsourcing companies.
December 11:
-Whole day: The Delegation attends the "Global Outsourcing Summit."
-An Alternative Agenda can be arranged for the US companies to have one-on-one meetings with the Chinese domestic and/or foreign outsourcing suppliers companies in China.
-Evening: Reception hosted by the Government of Tianjin
4. Beijing and Visit to the Great Wall
December 12:
-Morning: 8:00: Travel to Beijing by bus (2-hour drive). Visit the Great Wall.
-Afternoon: 14:00: Travel to Guangzhou from Beijing by air.
5. Guangzhou, the largest city in South China
December 12:
-Approximately 16:30:The Delegation arrives at the international airport of Guangzhou.
-Check into Poaiyu, the International Conference Centre of Guangzhou.
-Welcoming Dinner hosted by the Government of Guangzhou.
December 13:
-Morning: Attend the "Asia-Pacific CEOs & Provincial Governors and Mayors Summit”. The theme of the Forum is “Harmonious Integration of the Global Economy”.
-Lunch
-Afternoon: The Delegation attends the “Global Industry Shifts and Service Outsourcing Development Summit."
-Evening: Pearl River Night Cruise: Musical banquet on the Luxury Yacht.
December 14:
-Morning: Visit ITO & BPO service providers and learn about Guangzhou’s investment environment
-Lunch
-An Alternative Agenda can be arranged for the US companies to have one-on-one meetings with the Chinese domestic and/or foreign outsourcing suppliers companies in China.
-Afternoon: Flight to Shanghai from Guangzhou at 14:00.
6. Shanghai
December 14:
-Afternoon: Approximately 17:10:The Delegation reaches Shanghai Pudong International Airport.The Delegation visits the Pudong international financial center by car.
-Afternoon: Approximately 18:40:The Delegation travels to Suzhou by bus (about 50 minutes drive).
7. Suzhou, praised as the “Venice of China”
December 14:
-Approximately 19:30:The Delegation reaches Suzhou.
-Travel to Jienwu international hotel and dinner.
December 15:
-Morning: 8:30-10:30:The Delegation visits the China-Singapore industrial park of Suzhou and hears about the latest developments in Suzhou’s investment environment.
-Morning: 10:30-12:00:The Delegation visits service providers engaged in software development, ITO and BPO
-Lunch
-Afternoon: 14:00:The Delegation attends the "International ITO & BPO Roundtable Conference of Suzhou".
-An Alternative Agenda can be arranged for the US companies to have one-on-one meetings with the Chinese domestic and/or foreign outsourcing suppliers companies in China
-Evening: Dinner and Jingji lake night cruise. View the urban night scene of Suzhou.
December 16:
-Morning: 8:30: The Delegation takes a bus to Shanghai from Suzhou (50 minutes drive).
8. Shanghai, the financial and international metropolitan center of China
December 16:
-Morning: Approximately 9:30: The Delegation arrives in the international metropolis of Shanghai.
-Morning: 10:30: Visit the “Shanghai Golden-Bridge Export Processing Zone.”
-Morning: 11:00-12:30: The Delegation attends the "Shanghai Service Outsourcing Development Roundtable Conference."
Return to U.S.A. from Shanghai
December 16:
Afternoon: Fly back to U.S.A. from either Shanghai Pudong or Beijing International Airport.
