ATLANTA—March 1, 2009 — Anderson-Taylor, LLC(www.andersontaylor.com), a mobile and online application services company, announced today the appointment of Mickey Plumley as Channel Sales Director.

Mickey brings 25 years of highly-successful experience in Mobile Applications, Workforce Management and Human Capital optimization sales, customer service and Contact Center operations management.

Prior to joining Anderson Taylor, Mickey managed his own consulting practice working with companies in the contact center market space, specializing in mobile CRM applications and workforce performance optimization in the areas of sales and customer service delivery.

Mr. Plumley has worked with major corporations in the Mobile space including companies such as AT&T Mobility, t-Mobile, Comcast and TELUS to improve their sales, service and operations performance.

Previously, he served as VP of Sales for Pipkins, Inc., where he grew annual Software revenues from $500,000 to over $6 million and National Sales Manager for Cincom Systems, Inc. where he was responsible for $5 million in annual sales. In these capacities, Mr. Plumley had overall responsibility for selling Mobile CRM, and customer service performance improvement solutions.

Prior to his sales career, Mr. Plumley had a 15 year Contact Center Operations Management career at AT&T Mobility in which he held various positions related to sales and customer service in the Washington, D.C. area. He currently resides in Atlanta, Ga.

With the arrival of 3G networks, consumers are increasingly downloading videos onto their phones. Analyst Firm ARC estimates the mobile online video market generated a world- wide revenue of $5 billion in 2008 alone.
